The goal of this resolution is to improve my fitness. As a mom with a boy and a future student, working out is no longer an option---It's essential for maintaining my physical and mental well-being. 

To begin, I will start a 30-day plank challenge. Full-body stretching will also be part of my routine because it will help me recover more quickly from the effects of my delivery last July.

Once I complete the challenge, I plan to start squats. Doing these exercises two or three times a week would be ideal for me. Additionally, I'm considering other workouts to strengthen my back muscles, which are crucial in doing all daily tasks and preventing back pains.

By spring, I hope to make this exercise routine a habit. My family plans to move into a neighborhood where one of my friends lives, so I'm excited about the possibility of going to the gym with her. Working out with a friend will help me keep motivated and maintain this lifestyle.
